Sushi Nishinokaze is an intimate Edomae omakase sushi restaurant located in Montreal's Mile-End neighborhood. Led by chef-owner Vincent Gee, it offers a refined dining experience blending traditional Edomae techniques with a curated selection of antique and contemporary ceramics. The menu features approximately 21 courses with wild seafood sourced from Japan and Canada, complemented by naturally grown rice seasoned with artisanal red vinegar. The ambiance includes warm wood tones and a 1960s jazz soundtrack, creating a relaxed and intimate setting.
