Annex Ale Project is a Calgary-based craft brewery and soda company established in 2015. They produce six year-round beers, experimental brews, and craft sodas. Located centrally, their taproom offers a seasonal dog-friendly patio and serves food from Lil' Empire Burger. They focus on innovative beverages to challenge conventional drinking experiences.

DOPPELGӒNGER | HEFE 5% We felt like there was a Hefe shaped hole in our core line-up, but you’ll probably feel like this beer’s been here all along. Somewhere between nostalgia and deja vu, Doppelgänger gives you that strange feeling of instant familiarity. With notes of spiced banana bread, Dubble Bubble, and cracked wheat, it’s as refreshing as you need it to be in spring, as warming as you want in the fall. Brewed with 500 year old yeast and expert hands (seriously, our brewers have a collective 10 years of experience brewing this beer), there’s a reason it made its way directly into our core line-up.
