In Autumnal Equinox, we’re starting at the beginning: the vine! Join us for an exploration of farming and viticulture, including what’s it’s really like to be a winemaker & what the future of wine might bring.
In Blind Tasting, we’ll taste without knowing what’s in our glass. We’ll ask: what makes wine expensive? Expect a night of humility, delight, and maybe a few surprises!
And finally, in a brand new class we’ll explore wines’ TEXTURE. In this interactive session, we’ll explore the feeling of each wine on the palate — crunchy, spicy, smooth & how powerful this perspective is to understand your taste and ask for what you want!
