As our weekly Run Crew meetups with Steady State Endurance @coach.jocelyn come to a close this season we wanted to give a huge thank you, cheers and congrats to all our Run Crew members!! You make this possible and inspire us everyday💙 Whether you were here every Thursday or just once in a while, we enjoyed every minute with you!
As for next meetups we have our last Run Crew of October this Thursday the 29th, wear your favourite halloween costume🎃
Then we will begin monthly meetups starting in November until April 2027, here are the dates, see you then….
❄️November 12 - Winter Start, a chat with Steady State about training through winter
🎄December 10 - Holiday Best - come in your best holiday gear for a festive 5KM
🎆January 21 - New Year Same Great You! - launching our wellness challenge
💕February 11 - Pal-entines - bring a friend to run crew
🍀March 18 - Transition off the treadmill - Steady state chat on preparing for spring race season
🏃April 8th - weekly run crew is back!
