Meet Mollie!

Meet Mollie! After more than 20 years at Mercato, it’s fair to say Mollie has done a little bit of everything within these four walls. She’s worked in both the restaurant and the market, spent time as a sous chef, and was lucky enough to learn the ropes from Mama Cathy and Victor themselves. Over the years, she’s had a front-row seat to just about everything Mercato, from busy nights in the kitchen to the day-to-day of the market, and all the changes, growth and stories in between. Mercato has been a big part of Mollie’s life for more than two decades. She knows the food, the people and the place inside and out, and after all these years, she’s still happy to call Mercato home.
