Chef Errin (@cheferrinmassolin) finished 4th overall at the Taste of Stampede! ๐โจ We are so proud of how she pushed her limits, had fun, and grew. Her final dish was a heartfelt nod to her roots in High River: a beautifully seared ribeye with fried potatoes and pickled mushrooms, and included a mushroom Stilton blue cheese gravy and dumplings as a sweet nod to one of her favourite childhood memories. ๐ฅฉ๐พ It was finished with her lucky black salt, peach and rhubarb ketchup, and a kale and summer herb oil.
