In honour of Singapore Nights menu featured all month long, this weekend’s feature cocktail was the Tanjong Gold at 1864, the bar at Sofitel Singapore City Centre! Tanjong Gold is a celebration of Singaporean flavour in cocktail form. It brings together pandan-infused rum, orgeat, gula melaka and lime — pairing pandan’s fragrant, almost vanilla-like character with the nutty richness of orgeat, the deep caramel notes of gula melaka and a bright lift of lime!
