Edmonton Folk Fest PSA🫶🏻🫶🏻 After Calgary Folk Fest, this is still fresh on my mind. Someone asked if our strawberry lemonade was safe for someone with celiac disease because even the smallest amount of cross-contamination could be life-threatening. While we can confidently say our food is 100% vegan—free of dairy, eggs, meat, and shellfish—we cannot guarantee a gluten-free or cross-contamination-free environment. Gluten is present in our kitchen, and at a busy outdoor festival, it’s impossible for us to promise zero cross-contact. Your safety is more important than making a sale.
