Chef & Partner Gus Stieffenhofer-Brandson is joined by Stuart Brioza of San Francisco’s Michelin-starred State Bird Provisions and Mandel Hitzer of Winnipeg’s Deer + Almond for a collaborative tasting menu full of bright acidity, spice, heat and big flavour.
